Refund Policy
For Digital Products & Services
There are NO REFUNDS for any digital items purchased.
There are NO REFUNDS for any service items purchased.
For Order Changes:
All sales are final once orders are placed with God Body Organics, we do not offer refunds or order cancellations prior to shipping. Your order begins processing as soon as it is placed.
If you are requesting a change to your order or have made a mistake in your order, you must notify us at (contact@godbodyorganics@gmail.com) and then call us at 340-277-2384 as soon as possible. Orders may be shipped out at soon as 30 minutes after an order is placed.
For Product Returns:
We do not accept returns. If you wish to cancel your order you must do so BEFORE the order is processed which is within 24 hours. Once an order is processed it is on its way to being fulfilled.
If your order has not been full-filled within 4 days, you can send a cancelation request, however there will be a charge of $5 deducted from your refund.
For Product Refunds:
We do not offer refunds or exchanges on any orders as all sales are final once orders have shipped. Any items returned via mail will be considered a loss and not honored for a refund.
In the event that a credit card dispute or chargeback is filed without first attempting to resolve the issue by contacting Iris Herbals customer service (contact@godbodyorganics@gmail.com) THEN 340-277-2384 the customer’s account will be terminated immediately.
